All our products are made-to-order, which means we don’t keep inventory and can’t accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, size, or color preference.

Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the problem

Incorrect Shipping Information
If an incorrect address was provided and the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can’t issue a refund. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
